CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Managing Director
Help Build the Future of Cross-Border Tax Advisory
CHI Border is seeking a Managing Director to contribute to the growth of our non-Japanese practices. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial CPA or attorney who enjoys teaching, public speaking, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients navigate complex international tax matters with confidence.
This role is for someone who is passionate about solving complex problems, embracing innovation and technology, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients navigating opportunities and challenges across borders.
We are looking for a leader who can simplify complicated rules, inspire trust, and serve as a visible ambassador for our firm. The ideal candidate enjoys educating individuals, developing strategic partnerships, and helping others to reach their financial goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Managing Director, you will play a critical role in expanding CHI Border's presence and impact. You will help clients understand and navigate international tax and cross-border planning matters while building strong referral relationships.
Beyond serving clients, this role offers the opportunity to help expand CHI Border into new markets and communities outside of our traditional Japanese focus. We are looking for someone who is excited to explore and develop their own niche, build relationships within the communities they are passionate about, and help bring our cross-border expertise to individuals and families who can benefit from it.
This role also offers the opportunity for future equity participation through CHI Border's phantom stock program for individuals who make meaningful contributions to the firm's long-term success.
